orgin: Southern Oregon, Northen California

workability: Hard wood but easy to work with and machines well. Glues well
and bends fairly easy. On the more figured Myrtle, I suggest using a little less water than normal to keep it from breaking at the figure when bending. Oregon Myrtle is my favorite tonewood to build with. The figure, character, color, and tone are all exceptional.
